Do we offer gluten-free products?

We are sorry that we do not offer gluten-free bread at this time. However, my sourdough is a true sourdough, which means it rises for a long time, about 10 - 16 hours. In that time, the wheat pods break down far more than in normal bread (even more than most store-bought sourdoughs). Many with gluten intolerance find that they do tolerate our sourdough bread, but please use your own best judgment. None of our breads are intended for those with Celiac Disease.

What if you have allergies?

Many of our products contain Eggs, Dairy, Gluten, Wheat, and nuts. They are prepared in a kitchen where all items coexist both in storage and production. Protection against cross-contamination can not be guaranteed.

Do we hold bread or take special orders for bread?

We apologize that at this time we are unable to take special orders or hold bread for our customers over the phone. Due to our Main Street location, we want to ensure that our current in store inventory is available to the customers who walk in our door. We are always happy to confirm current inventory over the phone. If you are looking for a special item, we always suggest coming early in the day to ensure the best chances of grabbing what you are looking for. Do we offer shipping?

Currently, we do not offer shipping on our products and have no plans to do so. Demand is high at our location and we feel the quality of our products is best enjoyed freshly baked.

Can you freeze Flour Girl bread?

Yes! Many customers choose to wrap 1/2 a loaf in plastic wrap or even slice the bread and wrap them individually. Once toasted the bread returns to its “just baked flavor and texture.”

Do we wholesale our products?

We do not offer wholesale products at this time.

Will the Flour Girl Bakery come to our Farmer’s Market or Craft Fair?

At this time the demand at our physical location is too high to be able to bake additional products for sale at other venues, but thank you for thinking of us!

Do we make cakes?

We have recently begun offering a small selection of custom cakes. We do not do fondant or elaborate designs. For more information please call us and we will be happy to discuss options.
