Online Ordering FAQs

When can I place an online order for delivery?

Online ordering and delivery are available Monday through Friday during our cafe hours (6:30am-4:00pm).

Which ordering platforms do you use?

We offer two convenient platforms: Toast Tab and Food Booking. Both platforms provide the same menu items and delivery services.

Can I modify my order after placing it?

Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible at 860-530-1536 if you need to modify your order. We'll do our best to accommodate changes based on timing and availability.

Special Orders and Items

Can I order specialty sourdough breads for delivery?

Yes and no, we offer large orders of bread (minimum of 8 loaves.) Unfortunately, we cannot take orders or reserve bread in smaller quantities.

Are Sunday special cinnamon rolls available for delivery?

Our special cinnamon rolls are only available for in-store pickup on Sunday mornings. These are a beloved weekend tradition at The Flour Girl and are worth the visit!
